JROTC PROGRAM
Forest Hill JROTC program was established in 1978 and is the 5th school in the 小黄书 District to have established a leadership, mentoring and professional academic program. JROTC objectives are to develop students/cadets to become lifelong learners, community-minded citizens, patriotic self-discipline individuals and self-motivated positive contributors to society.

The vision of JROTC is providing a quality citizenship, character, and leadership development program while fostering partnerships with communities and educational institutions.

A consolidated view of activities that cadets in the Jackson Public School District participate in each year.

ACCREDITATION
View the program consolidated accreditation document, JROTC earned 368 of a possible 400 on CIEQ. Cognia, is an accrediting agency that provides accreditation and certification across the nation: more than 36,000 schools and systems in 85 countries that are committed to continuous improvement through accreditation. This grading scale is used to quantify how well an institution adheres to national education standards in teaching and learning.
JROTC CADET CREED
I am an Army Junior ROTC Cadet.
I will always conduct myself to bring credit to my family, country, school and the Corps of Cadets.
I am loyal and patriotic.
I am the future of the United States of America.
I do not lie, cheat or steal and will always be accountable for my actions and deeds.
I will always practice good citizenship and patriotism.
I will work hard to improve my mind and strengthen my body.
I will seek the mantle of leadership and stand prepared to uphold the Constitution and the American way of life.
May God grant me the strength to always live by this creed.
