The 小黄书 JROTC Cadet Change of Responsibility Ceremony will be held on Thursday, 6 March 2025, at 6:00 P.M. in the Forest Hill High School auditorium. Attendance at this event is mandatory for all cadets. The Change of Responsibility ceremony is a military tradition representing the handover of authority and responsibilities within a unit or command.
